Pioneer Endicott

The 1889 Pioneer Endicott complex is a St. Paul landmark that was the original home of the Pioneer Press of Minnesota. It was repurposed as an apartment building circa 2013. The exterior was renovated by AMR in 2014 to the Secretary of the Interior’s guidelines for the restoration of historic structures in anticipation of the Green line Light-rail which was completed shortly after.
