Madison Lofts

Advanced Masonry Restoration was hired as a general contractor to repair the fourth level private terraces at Madison Lofts. We self-performed concrete demo, brick demo, as well as insulation removal. Additionally, AMR poured new concrete footings for new railings to attached to, painted and refinished the homeowners divider walls. We worked alongside Berwald Roofing for the new hot applied water proofing and pavers that were installed. Railcraft provided and installed new railings on the building.
