Loring Green West

Built in 1981 and located downtown Minneapolis, Loring Green West has 144 units spanning 17 floors with units ranging from 1,100 to 2,240 square feet of space. Centered in the heart of Loring Park, residents have convenient access to their choice of restaurants, shopping centers, schools and parks such as: Loring Park, Franklin Steele Park, Minneapolis Sculpture Garden and more. Advanced Masonry Restoration was hired as the General Contractor for Loring Green West in 2017. The project scope consisted of: exterior façade brick replacement repair, sealant replacement, the installation of new railings and managing the installation of new windows and doors on the building. The railing fabrication, along with the window and door replacement portion of the work was subcontracted out. Advanced Masonry Restoration self-performed the remainder of the work which included the building access. When it comes to exterior façade general contracting, we are the leaders in the Upper Midwest region.
