J.I. Case Building

Advanced Masonry Restoration was contracted by Gardner Builders to perform masonry restoration work at the J.I. Case building, formerly known as the Spaghetti Factory. The work included tuckpointing the column returns on the street-facing façade, tuckpointing the base brick at the sidewalk, tuckpointing the exterior side of the parapets overlooking the roofs, spot replacing brick, caulking the windows of the building, caulking the skyward facing joints of the terra cotta, painting the undersides of the lintels, and relaying new stone at the railing locations.
