Falls and Pinnacle

The Falls and Pinnacle project involved the renovation of balconies, with Advanced Masonry Restoration repairing 227 individual balconies. The scope of repair consisted of through-wall flashing at the base of the balconies, both partial and full-depth concrete restoration, traffic coating of balconies, removal of existing railings followed by the installation of new railings, painting of existing pipe rails, tuckpointing, spot brick replacement, and replacement of sealant at balconies.
