Midtown exchange example of AMR Masonry work
MIDTOWN EXCHANGE
Minneapolis, MN
For this project we brought in a crew of 60 workers that worked 6 ten hour days throughout the winter. The owner paid for all temporary heat expenses and premium time as an extra to the contract. These costs were summarized on a weekly basis and turned into a change order so AMR could invoice as needed. The entire project, including the main tower was accessed by swing decks. All restoration work was performed with salvage brick that we cleaned at the site.
