METHODIST HOSPITAL
St. Louis Park, MN
Due to the onsite Sleep Clinic, our work schedule was unknown until 6 a.m. every day. Allowable noise work of 3 total hours or less spread throughout the day was not unusual. This required multiple task switching on a daily basis from noisy demolition to quieter installation while also requiring constant relocation of workers on the building. Smokestack cap replacement needed to be accomplished while the main hospital boiler was operational, necessitating the creation of heat deflectors and hot work limitations. Despite these limitations this work was completed on time and under budget.
