HISTORICAL MALCOLM WILLEY HOUSE

Minneapolis, MN

An original Frank Lloyd Wright located in Minneapolis, this house was built in 1934. The house is built with two different brick. Although they are the same color, the coursing alternates between a non-glazed to a light glazed brick. Along with this the mortar joints were recessed on the bed joints (horizontal) the head joints (vertical) were a different color and made flush with the brick to give a unique look to the walls.
